SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for inflammatory damages treatment in case of rosacea in a subject in need thereof, comprising topical administration of a pharmaceutical composition containing 0.5% to 1.5% by weight of ivermectin and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier once a day to the skin area affected by inflammatory damages at rosacea, where, 2 weeks after the initial administration of the pharmaceutical composition, a significant reduction in the amount of inflammatory damages is observed.

EFFECT: significant reduction in the number of inflammatory damages at rosacea two weeks after the initial application, more effective treatment, statistically significant remission and reduced adverse skin reactions.
