FIELD: oil pipeline.
SUBSTANCE: information, reference and control automated systems with program control of the production process of transporting petroleum products used to manage operational activities and process operations in all organizations equipped with a ground-based collapsible field main pipeline with a union joint and having several interconnected levels management. An automated complex for monitoring the process of transporting petroleum products through a ground-based prefabricated field main pipeline with a union joint (FMP) consists of monitoring and control units interconnected by two-way communication with dispatch centers. Each of the blocks is located at the appropriate level of monitoring the operation of the FMP equipment and is a mobile multi-level set of hardware and software for remote monitoring and control. The complex includes a set of measuring devices, components and instruments, software, hardware and communication means distributed at the operational sites of FMP, and collects, processes and displays information, analyzes the state of parameters of pumped petroleum products and operating modes of pumping stations, and develops control actions for each object control based on information about the state of a set of FMP control objects.
EFFECT: increase in management efficiency due to remote monitoring of the parameters of the transportation process at control facilities, expanding the functionality of the dispatch service to promptly respond to changes in the dynamics of the parameters of the pumped product, ensuring pumping performance and making management decisions.
