The wheeled tractor contains: a power unit, an attachment, and a driver assistance system. The power unit contains: a drive motor, a gearbox, a power take-off mechanism, and an auxiliary device. The driver assistance system is equipped with: a computing unit, a memory unit and a data input/output unit, an automatic system for adjusting the engine load limit. The engine load limit control system operates on the basis of characteristic curves. The automatic system for adjusting the engine load limit is configured to provide optimized control of the power unit depending on the selected control strategies and/or target optimization parameters stored in the memory unit.
