FIELD: fire extinguishing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automatic pressure dispenser with the ability to pump foam concentrate from a transport container to a source of foam concentrate intended to create a standard volume (mass) of foam concentrate in a pressure dispenser for use in automatic fire extinguishing installations. The dispenser is made in a module on a single frame with a mixer body installed on it with an inlet for supplying water, and with an outlet for discharging the foaming agent solution, and with a pipe for receiving the foaming agent, while at the inlet of the mixer, made for water, the following is sequentially installed: the first flow meter and a water pressure sensor, with the possibility of connecting it through the first flow meter to the outlet of the water source, the second flow meter is connected to the inlet of the nozzle for supplying the foam concentrate, to the input of which the following dosing channels are connected via a tee: the main and the backup, each channel is made in the form of a sequential hydraulic circuit, containing: a regulating two-way ball valve with control and regulation of the position of the shut-off element, a check valve, a hydraulic pump, a rotary disk valve with control of the position of the disk in the open and closed positions, a liquid level control device. The channels are made with the ability to connect two separately made main and backup inputs through a manifold to the foam concentrate source. The electrical measuring circuits of both flow meters, the electrical measuring circuits of the water pressure sensor and both liquid level control devices, the electrical circuits for monitoring the locking disks of the rotary valves, the electrical power and signal circuits of the hydraulic pumps are connected to a control cabinet containing a microprocessor, characterized in that there is the third regulating two-way ball valve with control and regulation of the position of the shut-off element, connected by the inlet through the second tee to the main channel for dosing the foam agent between the hydraulic pump and the check valve and connected by the outlet to the source of the foam agent. The fourth regulating two-way ball valve with control and regulation of the position of the shut-off element is connected by the outlet through the third tee to the main channel for dispensing the foam agent between the hydraulic pump and the rotary disk valve with control and regulation of the position of the disk and connected by the inlet to the transport container, while the electrical power circuits and control circuits of the third and fourth two-way ball valves with control and regulation of the position of the shut-off bodies are connected to a control cabinet, to which a control circuit of the foam agent level indicator installed in the foam agent source is additionally connected. The control cabinet is configured for electrical communication with the automation system of the automatic fire extinguishing installation.
EFFECT: ability to pump foam concentrate from a transport container to a source of foam concentrate.
