FIELD: training equipment; sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized simulators for training novice athletes, skiers and slalomists, maintaining fitness in gyms during off-season periods as well as for general physical training purposes. The ski simulator comprises a base made in the form of a rectangular frame having lateral sides, a front and a rear side, where a longitudinal rear support is fixedly installed below on its rear side. The base also includes a longitudinal central support having a rounded profile, as well as front supports located on the underside of the front side of the base. On top of the longitudinal central support there are two pairs of upper supports, between which pedal axles are installed. Two bushings are installed on each pedal axle and are rotatable in the pedal axle. Each bushing is rigidly connected to the corresponding frame, forming a frame, having on its lateral surfaces two pairs of symmetrically located rollers, configured to rotate. The device also includes two hydraulic shock absorbers, each of which is pivotally connected to a corresponding frame on one side and to a longitudinal central support on the other side, to provide load during exercise. A pedal is installed on each of the frames, where the pedals are made in the form of rectangular platforms with side longitudinal U-shaped walls designed to interact with rollers for longitudinal movement of the pedals. The rear end wall of each pedal includes a guide drive dog with a rotation unit configured to interact with the slotted groove of the guide, where the guide is fixed at an angle to the rear side of the base. At the front, under each frame, there is a bumper made of elastic material, designed to interact with the base during training.
EFFECT: creating a simulator with a longitudinally inclined movement of the pedal/foot, which provides increased efficiency of training simulating a descent from a mountain by stepping on skis
