FIELD: exercising apparatus.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized exercisers for training, maintenance of sports form in conditions of halls during off-season periods, for people for the purpose of general physical training, for preparation of novice sportsmen, as well as people with disabilities. Walking and running exerciser includes a lower base and a power frame installed on it, made of two posts connected to each other at an angle, a load unit fixed on the post of the power frame, where the load unit includes a load creation module, a drive axle and a driven axle, installed at a distance from each other in bearings with possibility of their rotation, where the drive axle is installed in the load unit with the possibility of interaction with the load generation module, and the driven axle is located on the load-bearing frame. Drive axle and driven axle comprise drive pulley and driven pulley, respectively, connected to each other by means of flexible transmission with provision of rotation transfer from drive axle to driven axle. On both sides of the drive axle ends there are pedal connecting rods made with possibility of circular rotation around the drive axle. On both sides on the ends of the driven axle there are driven connecting rods made with possibility of circular rotation around the driven axle. Pedals equipped with toe clips and thrust bearings are made in the form of foot pads and are hinged to the ends of the corresponding pedal connecting rods with provision of their rotary rotation. Each pedal includes a nose platform fixed in hinges with possibility of axial deviation relative to the pedals, besides, a tie-rod with a hole at its end is fixed to the lower side of each nose platform. Levers pivotally mounted on one side in holes on ends of driven con-rods, and on the other side pivotally with rear part of pedals, provide fixed deflection of pedals by angle during their rotary rotation. Links are pivotally mounted with one side to the lever and the other side to the hole in the bow platform to perform the bow platform deflection. Steering post passes through the load block from the load-bearing frame; at the end of the steering post there is a steering wheel, as well as a display for displaying information on training and a load regulator for adjusting the load block.
EFFECT: creation of an exerciser providing training with a fixed angle of deflection of pedals with an adjustable load on legs, feet and toes similar to walking/running.
