FIELD: sports exercise machines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to specialized exercise machines for training, maintenance of sports form in conditions of halls during off-season periods, for people for the purpose of general physical training, and for training of beginner sportsmen, as well as people with disabilities. Walking and running trainer includes spatial frame 1 containing lower base 2 and upper base 3 connected by posts 4. Drive axle 5 and driven axle 6 are installed at a distance from each other in bearings in upper base 3 with possibility of their rotation, where drive axle 5 and driven axle 6 comprise drive pulley 7 and driven pulley 8, respectively, connected to each other by flexible gear 9 with provision of rotation transfer from drive axle 5 to driven axle 6. On both sides at the ends of drive axle 5 there are pedal connecting rods 10 made with possibility of circular rotation around drive axle 5. Driven connecting rods 11 with adjustment holes are installed on both sides at the ends of driven axle 6, which are made with possibility of circular rotation around driven axle 6. Pedals 12 are made in the form of foot pads pivotally fixed at the ends of the corresponding pedal connecting rods 10 with provision of their rotary rotation, where each pedal 12 includes nose platform 14, which is fixed in hinges with possibility of axial deviation relative to pedals 12, besides, support 15 with a hole at its end is fixed to the lower side of each nose platform 14. Levers 13 are hinged on one side in adjusting holes on ends of driven connecting rods 11, and on the other side they are hinged to rear part of pedals 12, providing fixed deflection of pedals 12 by angle during their rotary rotation. Links 16 are pivotally mounted with one side to lever 13, and with the other side in the adjustment holes to the hole in support 15 of nose platform 14 to perform the deflection of nose platform 14.

EFFECT: creation of an exercise machine providing training with a fixed angle of deflection of pedals with a load on legs, feet and toes similar to walking/running.
