FIELD: ceramic materials.
SUBSTANCE: creation of nanostructured powders for the production of fine-grained ceramic materials. A method for producing a nanostructured powder composite based on graphene and zirconium dioxide using hexamethylenalnine involves using a solution of hexamethylenalnine in isopropanol to form and stabilize a Zr-containing sol. At the stage of interaction of this sol and a suspension of oxygen-free graphene in a water-alcohol mixture, the sol particles are isolated between the graphene sheets, where the sol-gel transition occurs at a temperature of 85-95°C. After which the colloid is evaporated at 95-98°C and annealing at 500°C, leading to the completion of the formation of the composite.
EFFECT: formation of composites in the form of nanostructured powders consisting of ZrO2 crystallites and 2D graphene sheets.
