FIELD: chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical, space, military and medical industries and can be used in the manufacture of lithium-ion battery electrodes, electrically conductive and anticorrosive (nano)coatings, data storage devices, flexible energy converters, supercapacitors, transistors, (photo)catalysts, solar cells, sensor materials, fuel cells and electrochromic devices, as well as materials for medical and biological purposes. An oxygen-free graphene suspension is obtained sonochemically from synthetic graphite in isopropanol or an acidified mixture of N,N-dimethyloctylamine-water. A suspension of nanocrystalline aluminum or cerium oxide is prepared separately. After that, the resulting suspension of oxygen-free graphene and an oxide of one of these metals is mixed. The interaction of suspensions is carried out at 85-90°C in a flask with a dephlegmator, which is then removed. The resulting colloid is evaporated at 95-98°C and subjected to heat treatment at 400°C.

EFFECT: nanostructured composites based on oxygen-free graphene and aluminum or cerium oxide crystallites are single-phase powders.
