FIELD: aviation technology.
SUBSTANCE: primary area of application of the invention is as a passenger aircraft of local airlines with a passenger capacity of 18-24 seats. A local airline aircraft contains a fuselage, a wing with take-off and landing mechanization, a tail unit, a power plant of two engines located inside the rear part of the fuselage and united by a main gearbox with the ability to transmit torque through a transmission and an angular gearbox to a coaxial multi-blade propeller located on the fin cruciform tail above the upper surface of the fuselage. The centre section of the low-lying wing, trapezoidal in plan, is located under the floor of the passenger compartment, without increasing the fuselage midsection. The aircraft wing is equipped with a wing cover, configured to extend above the wing surface in take-off or landing mode, and lower onto the wing in cruising flight mode in such a way that its upper surface forms the upper surface of the wing from the leading edge to the beginning of the wing mechanization along the trailing edge.
EFFECT: reducing the take-off and landing speeds and reduce the take-off and landing distance.
