FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a matrix for a transdermal therapeutic system. The matrix for the transdermal therapeutic system includes acrylic adhesive, apricot kernel oil, sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate, dihydroquercetin, alpha tocopherol acetate in the following component ratio, wt.%: 4.0–9.6 of apricot kernel oil; 0.06–0.14 of sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate; 0.04–0.14 of dihydroquercetin; 0.02–0.1 of alpha tocopherol acetate; the rest is acrylic adhesive.
EFFECT: above invention makes it possible to enhance the percutaneous diffusion of alcohol-soluble drugs; establish a constant drug concentration in the blood 2–4 hours from the start of application; reduce the contact area of the TTS by increasing the rate of percutaneous drug diffusion; reduce the risk of skin irritation at the site of TTS application; increase the shelf life of TTS through the use of a matrix.
