FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for intelligent load control in isolated power systems in emergency modes is made with the possibility of integration into the control system of electric power facilities and containing a set of hardware, a workstation, a set of software. The hardware set consists of an intelligent load control subsystem (ILCS), an load shedding executive system (LSES), and local load control devices (LLCD). ILCS is configured to interact with upper level control devices - software and hardware complex for intelligent voltage and reactive power control (IVRPC SHC) to minimize technological losses in the electrical network, and lower level - load shedding executive system (LSES). LSES is configured to receive control signals from emergency control automation, as well as to determine the list of disconnected loads and transmit a remote control signal for disconnecting loads to local load disconnection devices. LLCD are made with the ability to control the state, load value, power quality parameters of the electrical installation of the consumer of a separate connection, as well as the ability to turn off or turn on the load.
EFFECT: increased service life of isolated power systems in emergency modes, increased reliability of power supply to consumers, prediction of emergencies and preventing development of accidents.
