FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for continuously variable transmission of torque contains drive shaft (2), driven shaft (3), and auxiliary shafts (4, 5). Gear (6) is attached to shaft (2), which is engaged with spur gear (7) mounted on auxiliary shaft (4) and with spur gear (8) mounted on auxiliary shaft (5). On shafts (4) and (5), perpendicular to them, the axes of differential satellites (9,10) are fixed, at the ends of which two bevel gears (11,12) are installed in contact with bevel gears (13, 14, 15, 16). On shaft (4), wheel (13) is connected to cylindrical gear (17) located on the same shaft and in contact with cylindrical gear (18) mounted on sleeve (19) located on shaft (2). Wheel (14) is connected to spur gear (20) located on shaft (4) contacting spur gear (21) mounted on shaft (3). On shaft (5), wheel (15) is connected to cylindrical gear (22) located on shaft (5) and engaged with cylindrical gear (23) located on sleeve (19), wheel (16) is connected to cylindrical gear (24) located on shaft (5) and in contact with wheel (21). On sleeve (19), between wheel (18) and the flange of sleeve (19), there is a sliding sleeve with disk (25), into which fork-lever (26), mounted on axis (27) in housing (1) enters with a fork. Between fork-lever (26) and sleeve disk (25) there is support bearing (28). On axles (29) in the flange of sleeve (19), levers (30) are installed diametrically opposite, which with one end touch sleeve disk (25), and the other end enters the openings of gear (23).
EFFECT: stepless change in the gear ratio is provided.
