FIELD: aviation electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in the known contactless voltage-stabilized synchronous generator (CSSG), containing permanent magnets for self-excitation (PMSE), the main synchronous machine (MSM) with an armature winding (AW) on the stator and with an excitation winding (EW) on the rotor, and the supports of its shaft are a structure made of bearings and side covers, through which it is connected to the CSSG housing, an auxiliary synchronous machine (ASM) with an armature winding (AW) on the rotor, designed to connect it to the input of an uncontrolled rectifier (UCR), also installed on the rotor, the first output terminal which is connected to one end of the MSM EW, an excitation current regulator (ECR), which includes a power part in the form of a controlled key element (CKE), for example a transistor (with a driver in its control circuit), and its control unit (CU1), power outputs of which are connected to the output of the internal power supply (IPS), installed on the CSSG housing and with its input connected to the AW, FCR CU1 contains a series-connected negative feedback loop (NFL) for the AW voltage and a pulse width modulator (PWM), the output of which is through the line control signal transmission (LCST) is connected to the control input of the FCR CKE, the PMSV is installed on the stator of the VSM, the UKE is installed on the rotor and one of its power terminals is connected to the second output terminal of the NUV, and the other power terminal is connected to the other end of the OB OSM, the PMSE is made in the form of two (1st and 2nd) galvanically isolated parts, and the 1st part contains a converter of an electrical signal into a light signal - a light emitter, for example, in the form of the 1st LED, which is connected with its input to the output of the PWM, the 2nd part contains a converter of a light signal into an electrical one - a light receiver, for example, in the form of a 2nd LED and a power amplifier of its electrical signal, the light emitter is installed in the center of the CSSG housing cover, and the light receiver is installed in the center of the end of the rotor shaft, while the light emitter and the light receiver are separated from each other by air gap and installed so that the light beam transmitted through the air gap is on the same axis with the CSSG shaft, the FCR control unit (CU) is made in the form of two parts - CU1 and CU2, and CU1 contains NFL and PWM with an internal power source (IPS-1) and is located on the stator, and CU2 contains IPS-2 for power supply to the FCR CKE driver and the power circuit with the light detector.
EFFECT: increasing the manufacturability of the electromechanical part of the CSSG and reducing interference radiation from FCR.
