FIELD: industrial water purification.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial water purification, and specifically to the structures of wastewater treatment plants designed to remove foreign chemicals, biological pollutants, as well as suspended solids and gases polluting rainwater on the territory of industrial facilities. The installation contains an interconnected primary storage capacity and a final storage capacity. A device for separating mineral contaminants and petroleum products, a two-stage reactor, an electric flotation device for separating insoluble dispersed substances, and a filtration post-cleaning device connected to the tanks in series by means of a pipeline system a device for removing fine suspensions and a distribution container for clean water. The device for separating mineral contaminants and petroleum products is designed with the possibility of settling suspended solids in the bottom part and surfacing the non-emulsified ones on the surface part, followed by draining the latter into a container for collecting petroleum products. The two-stage reactor is equipped with means for mixing runoff with coagulants and flocculants supplied through pipelines from a sectional station where these reagents are manufactured and dosed. The electroflotator is equipped with electrochemical oxidation units designed for to remove dissolved organic pollutants from drains, the parts that have surfaced, which are fed into a sediment container. From the tank, the contamination is further fed into the sludge dewatering unit, which also receives the surfaced parts of the contamination from a filtration post–cleaning device using a filtering load in the form of a natural sorbent - flask. Separation device for mineral contaminants and petroleum products, two-stage reactor, electric flotation device, the sectional station and the distribution tank supplying the last clean water under pressure have emptying pipelines combined into a single network, the flow of which enters the final storage tank. The sludge dewatering plant has a drainage drainage pipeline to supply the flow to the primary storage tank.
