The bakery cabinet comprises a combustion chamber, a baking chamber, and a system of heating channels connected to a combustion device. The heating channel system comprises left side and rear pockets, as well as rear and top air ducts. The combustion chamber comprises a heat exchanger consisting of a main pipe and six outlet pipes. An air purge system with a fan is located under the combustion device, supplying air to the heat exchanger. The baking chamber is equipped with an air humidification system. There is a device control panel.
