FIELD: sports simulators.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to sports simulators and methods of using training aids. A device for training swimmers contains an attachment for the exercise machine on the lower back, elements for attaching the simulator for the hands and elements for attaching the simulator for the feet. The attachment of the exercise machine on the lower back is made in the form of a belt, on the basis of which there are attachments for load elements. The attachment elements of the hand trainer are made in the form of neoprene gloves and are equipped with a cuff for fixing the wrist joint. Under the cuff on the back of the hand there are attachment elements for load-bearing elements with plastic plates, which are secured with a synthetic corsage tape. Load elements that provide load between the torso and arms are made in the form of expander cords, fixed on both sides with a conical stainless steel attachment. Attachments for load elements that create a load between the torso and legs are made of stainless steel in the form of a triangular hook carbine. The attachment elements of the foot trainer are made in the form of straps for the ankle joints made of neoprene and are equipped with attachments for load elements with a plastic plate, which are fixed with a synthetic corsage tape. Ankle harnesses are equipped with a system for adjusting the load elements for fixation on the upper part of the thigh with the ability to increase or decrease the load on the swimmer. At the same time, the system for adjusting the load elements is secured to the swimmer’s hips. The belt is placed on the swimmer's lower back. Ankle straps are placed on the legs in the area of the ankle joints. Gloves are put on the hands. Install load elements on the arms and legs, respectively. Perform exercises separately on water and on land.
EFFECT: provides the opportunity to train swimmers in a wide range of age groups of different levels of training, aimed at joint and/or separate strength training of the arms, legs, and torso by creating a compression effect on the muscle-tendon structures of the torso.
