SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for operating highways, in particular to technical means of organizing traffic. The complex for arranging a safe pedestrian crossing with an intelligent control system, which ensures generation of light projections in the area of the crossing zone using an LED projector, is equipped with a housing with a power supply unit and a programmable control unit. The housing of the complex is equipped with a removable cover to provide access to its elements, and a gobo projector with an optical system containing a condenser lens and a 200 W LED is used as the LED projector. The LED projector contains a lens and a video camera. The complex is equipped with a slide projection correction and focusing system module containing a magnetic frame mounted on a pulley, which is connected via a belt drive to a shaft equipped with an electric motor that, using a magnetic encoder, rotates the slide around its horizontal axis, as well as two electric motors that provide, respectively, linear movement of the slide along the vertical and the horizontal axes and three electric motors that provide tilting and focusing of the slide projection. The complex is equipped with a glass cleaning system connected to a glass contamination sensor, as well as an LED cooling system containing a heat exchanger in the form of a radiator, a fan and a temperature sensor in the form of a thermistor. The complex is connected to an intelligent control system in the form of a telemetric unit with programmable control.
