FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a self-contained adaptive noise-immune complex for arrangement of a pedestrian crossing. Complex comprises: traffic light T7, solar panel, storage battery charge controller, storage battery, control unit, vehicle detector, power control controller, pedestrian presence or movement sensor, standby button, GSM/GPRS module, LED sign "Pedestrian crossing", LED lamp of side illumination of pedestrian crossing, LED waiting area light, background section brightness sensor and traffic light brightness control controller. Vehicle detector comprises a raster mask and a pulse train detector in the form of a series-mounted narrow-field optical system. Raster mask is made in the form of a periodic structure of alternating bands which are transparent and opaque for optical radiation, which are oriented perpendicular to the roadway. Pulse train detector comprises: univibrator without restart, logic element NOT and reverse counter with memory.
EFFECT: increased duration of the complex operation due to reduction of false actuations of the vehicle detector.
