FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of monoammonium phosphate used as a nitrogen-phosphorus water-soluble mineral fertilizer. To obtain water-soluble monoammonium phosphate, initial solutions of extraction phosphoric acid are supplied for neutralization with ammonia to a pH in the range from 5.2 to 5.4 at 110–130°C with subsequent acidification of the pulp to a pH in the range from 4.0 to 4.4. Impurities are precipitated by adding a flocculant. The resulting monoammonium phosphate pulp is filtered, the filtrate is evaporated until the crystalline monoammonium phosphate content reaches 45–55%. The suspension is concentrated in hydrocyclones followed by centrifugation, the resulting crystals are dissolved at a temperature of 85–90°C. The suspension is purified from impurities by crystallization at 55–65°C. Then the suspension of the resulting monoammonium phosphate crystals is sent to a hydrocyclone for separation, filtered in a centrifuge, dried and cooled.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain water-soluble monoammonium phosphate with a content of P2O5 — 61.5%, N — 12%.
