Abstract RU 2812602 C2

FIELD: medicine; dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to predict the type of course of lichen planus of the oral mucosa. A study is carried out with the use of the patient's biomaterial obtained by the patient's self-washing from the oral cavity, after which the concentration of the biological marker of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is determined in it and the course of lichen planus (LP) of the oral mucosa is predicted based on its concentration. When the SCC concentration of the oral fluid is less than 500 mcg/ml, the course of the typical and exudative-hyperemic form of PL with long periods of remission is predicted, and when the SCC concentration is from 500 to 1,000 mcg/ml, the course of the erosive-ulcerative form of PL with long periods of remission is predicted, with a SCC concentration value of 1,000 mcg/ml or more predicts a severe recurrent course of PL. When the SCC concentration is less than 500 mcg/ml, oral baths of pumpkin seed oil solution, 1 tablespoon, 1 minute, 2 times a day after meals are used. When the SCC concentration is from 500 µg/ml to 1,000 µg/ml, Miramistin solution 0.01%, 10–15 ml, 3–4 times a day, tacrolimus applications on pathological elements for 10–15 minutes, 2 times a day are added. If the SCC concentration is 1,000 µg/ml or more, a second course of treatment is performed.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to predict the course of lichen planus ROP, as well as to monitor its treatment by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
