FIELD: chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: fluidized bed regenerator for activating a catalyst to produce low carbon olefins from an oxygen-containing compound. The regenerator includes the second activation zone, the first activation zone, and the gas-solid separation zone from bottom to top; wherein the second activation zone in the axial direction communicates with the gas-solid separation zone; the first activation zone is located at the periphery of the connection between the second activation zone and the gas-solid separation zone; the first activation zone is an annular cavity; n partitions are radially installed in the first activation zone, and n partitions divide the first activation zone into n subzones of the first activation zone; and a catalyst circulation port is formed in each of the n-1 partitions so that the catalyst entering the first activation zone flows in an annular direction. The invention also relates to a device and a method for producing low-carbon olefins from an oxygen-containing compound.
EFFECT: controlled activation of spent catalyst conversion into regenerated catalyst, wherein regenerated catalyst is characterized by high activity, high selectivity for low-carbon olefins, etc, and ensures a reduction in specific consumption of methanol and the degree of coking of methanol, as well as an increase in atomic efficiency of methanol to olefins (MTO) process.
