FIELD: coatings.
SUBSTANCE: technology for producing an anti-corrosion protective coating on steel with inclusion of ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene. Composite fluoropolymer coating on steel consists of the first microstructured rough metal layer, including copper, zinc, and corundum. It is formed by the method of cold gas-dynamic spraying of powder with the composition Cu - 38.3 wt.%, Zn - 28.6 wt.%, Al2O3 - 33.1 wt.%. The second finishing layer consists of UPTFE, which is applied using the friction method or the CGS method.
EFFECT: formation of a rougher layer on the surface of the steel for better adhesion to UPTFE, which increases adhesion of the fluoropolymer and, as a consequence, leads to an increase in wear resistance of the entire anti-corrosion coating and the service life of steel structures.
