FIELD: hydraulics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to hydraulic hammers, which are equipment used for crushing large stones or any objects that need to be crushed into smaller fragments. The hydraulic hammer includes a cylinder (100) and a piston (110). In this case, the cylinder (100) is equipped with at least one hole (102), which allows pressurized oil (Y) to enter the signal control channel (111) on the piston (110) from the oil inlet side (I), and the values of the angle and the diameter of which may vary depending on the power and/or size of the hydraulic hammer. The piston (110) has at least one signal control channel (111) whose width is greater than the distance between the bottom of the drain hole (91) and the top of the hole (102). In this case, the hydraulic hammer is configured to prevent the activation of the piston (110) in the event that there is no object to crush in front of the tip (160) to prevent damage to the clamps of the tip (140) during crushing before the impact energy generated through the piston (110) transferred to the tip (160). If the activation of the idle shock protection function is not required, a mounting bolt (170) is provided, which, when installed in the hole (102), prevents the flow of pressurized oil (Y) into the drain line (90). The method for operation of a hydraulic hammer involves the entry of pressurized oil (Y) into the system through the oil intake (I) in the valve body (20) and the upward movement of the piston (110) (S1000). The piston (110) is moved downward by changing the position of the main control valve (70) (S2000). Next, the piston (110) continues to move downwards until it hits the tip (160) (S3000), the piston (110) hits the tip (160) when the position of the main control valve (70) (S4000) changes again. In this case, if there is no object to be crushed in front of the tip (160), oil is supplied under pressure (Y) through the hole (102) into the drain hole (91) in the cylinder (100), from the drain hole (91) into the drain line (90), from said drain line (90) to the oil outlet (O), enabling the anti-idle shock function and stopping the movement of the tip (160) (S5000). The tip (160) acts on the piston (110) and the movement described above is repeated when the next object to be crushed appears in front of the tip (160) (S6000).
EFFECT: preventing damage to the clamps of the tip (140), piston (110) and cylinder (100) during crushing in the absence of an object for crushing in front of the tip (160), thus increasing the durability, productivity and power of the hydraulic hammer, increasing the service life.
