FIELD: processing of agricultural products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of agricultural products, in particular berries, grapes, soft, as well as crushed hard fruits and vegetables, and can find application in farms and private farmsteads. The press contains a stacking hopper for raw materials 1, made removable, a clamping device consisting of pneumatic cylinder 4 and clamp 5, and receiving container for juice 2, mounted on common base 7. The stacking hopper is detachable for easy removal of the filter bag; the detachable parts are fixed using levers and a lock. The clamping device is attached to a removable upper crossbar 6, fixed above the stacking hopper with pins 8 with the possibility of rotation around one of them, and is made in the form of two hard round disks, between which a hollow corrugated pneumatic cylinder is fixed, from the upper part of which a pipe is hermetically connected to compressor 9. Stacking hopper 1 is fixed to receiving container 2 by means of a threaded connection to brackets 3 installed in the upper part of the draining hopper. The control unit for the clamping device includes nipple 10, valve for supplying or releasing air 11 and safety valve 12. The legs of the base are equipped with swivel wheels 14 with brakes 15, which allows you to move the device.

EFFECT: it is possible to press many types of vegetables, berries and fruits without much physical labour; it is not difficult both to manufacture and to operate.
