FIELD: communications.

SUBSTANCE: for this purpose, a data stream is input into the transmitter device, which divides, modulates, spatially multiplexes and forms a radiation pattern for its transmission, converting it into n spatial streams supplied to the input of the corresponding antennas with a code-controlled selectable polarization, each of which emits a stream, polarization of which is orthogonal or uncorrelated with the polarization of the remaining n-1 emitted fluxes. Provision is also made for detecting the emitted streams on a receiver device comprising n antennas with selectable polarization, respectively controlled by the same codes. Each receiving antenna coordinately filters the polarization of the plurality of radiated streams dropped on it to restore one corresponding spatial stream. These n reconstructed spatial streams are then treated by formed reception pattern, spatially demultiplexed, demodulated, and combined into the original data stream.
