FIELD: optics.

SUBSTANCE: pancratic lens includes five groups of optical elements, an aperture diaphragm and an image sensor. The first group has positive optical power, the second and third have negative optical power, the fourth and fifth have positive optical power. All optical elements are made of 200 series radiation-resistant optical glass. Between the third and fourth groups there is an aperture diaphragm. When changing the focal length of the lens, the position of the image sensor is fixed, the second and third groups of optical elements are configured to move nonlinearly along the optical axis of the lens, and the distance between the aperture diaphragm and the fourth group is not fixed. The fourth group is configured to move linearly along the optical axis from the image sensor to focus to a final distance.

EFFECT: reduction in the size of the lens and the ability to operate the lens under conditions of exposure to gamma radiation with a power of up to 5 × 106 R/h.
