SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in automation systems in the mining industry. The effect is achieved by using three main independent cascades as protection units: voltage limiting unit (8) with parallel-connected transistor (11.1), current limiting unit (10) with parallel-connected transistor (11.2) and using a series-connected shunt resistor as a detecting element (9), current increase restriction unit (7) with parallel-connected transistor (11.3) and using series-connected inductance (6) as a detecting element. False protection activations are eliminated using power limiting unit (14) with power limiting transistor (12) connected in series and limiting resistor (13) connected in series as a detecting element.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of the device, safety in accordance with the requirements of GOST 31610.11-201, and completely independent protection circuits.
