FIELD: mining automation.
SUBSTANCE: intrinsically safe machine vision video camera comprises a special explosion-proof housing from a metal shell, a front and a back cover and a compartment with cable inputs for connecting intrinsically safe circuits, an adaptive power supply system including a soft start module, a control system, a charging input capacitor C1, which is connected to the step-up converter module through a shunt resistor. Inside the housing there is a video camera module, a video server and auxiliary boards. Step-up converter module is connected in parallel to the load in the form of a camera module and a storage battery unit, and the control system monitors the consumed current on the shunt resistor and voltage at the output of the step-up converter module and gives instructions to the step-up converter module on the required voltage increase according to the stately operation of the device. Control system detects integral of flowing current and derivative of flowing current .
EFFECT: increased intrinsic safety of the device, ensuring the use in conditions of mine workings hazardous by gas and coal dust, which meet the requirements of intrinsic safety of ia level, improvement of quality parameters of electric energy consumption from power supply source.
