FIELD: automobile transport.
SUBSTANCE: trucks intended for refuelling various types of equipment. A bulk fuel carrying vehicle contains a cargo vehicle, on the base chassis of which a fuel tank and an oil tank, each with a filler neck, are mounted, a fuel pump and an oil supply pump driven by the engine of the vehicle, meters for dispensed fuel and oil, cabinets for storing pressure suction hoses, a fuel dispensing control unit and an oil dispensing control unit, each with shut-off and control equipment, pipelines, fuel and oil filters, instrumentation, electrical equipment, fire extinguishing equipment, grounding devices. The fuel container has two compartments, one of a smaller volume for gasoline and the other of a larger volume for diesel fuel, each compartment has its own neck. Each compartment of the fuel tank and oil tank are equipped with its own fuel pump, equipped with a coarse filter to protect the pumps from the ingress of solid particles suspended in the fuel. The bulk fuel carrying vehicle is made with four control units, three of which are for controlling the delivery of fuel and one for controlling the supply of oil, two control units for fuel delivery are located on one side of the vehicle - one in the front behind the cabin and the other in the rear of the side, and the third control unit fuel dispensing unit and the oil dispensing control unit are located on the opposite side of the vehicle, with the last one in the front part behind the cabin and the third one in the rear part of the side. Each fuel dispensing control unit is equipped with a fine fuel filter to clean the fuel from mechanical impurities with an indication of fuel contamination, a fuel meter and a tachometer for the speed of the fuel pump; cabinets for storing pressure and suction hoses are located along the fuel tank, with one cabinet located between the fuel dispensing control units and another on the opposite side of the fuel container between the third fuel dispensing control unit and the oil dispensing control unit. Coarse fuel filters to protect pumps from the ingress of solids suspended in the fuel particles are located at the rear of the base chassis between the fuel dispensing control units, and the fuel pumps are located at the bottom under the fuel tank. At the neck of each container there is clinker with a limit level bar for filling the container, and each container is made with a bottom pneumatic valve with a manual override for forced opening and closing of the valve in each compartment with the possibility of remote draining - filling of fuel and draining of fuel by gravity. Each container is equipped with a breathing device with a fire arrester to remove vapours from the containers when filling and draining fuel and oil from them, respectively.
EFFECT: possibility of uninterrupted refuelling of equipment is achieved.
