FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: production of concrete panels with ready-made facing cladding decoration. A segment of a cellular formwork for the manufacture of a reinforced concrete wall panel with facing cladding decoration includes many cells formed by the base of the segment and the sides. The base of the cellular formwork segment is made of cellular cardboard, and the sides of the cells are made of strips of cellular cardboard attached to the base of the cell to form a pattern of facade facing decoration. The size of the cell edge cardboard honeycomb is smaller than the segment base cardboard honeycomb size. A method for manufacturing a wall panel with facing cladding decoration is disclosed, containing the following stages: placing the cellular formwork in the casting matrix of the wall panel, placing the facing element face down in each of the cells, pouring concrete into the casting matrix, removing the wall panel from the casting matrix after the concrete has hardened, the cellular formwork is detached from the finished panel. The cellular formwork is made up of segments that can be connected to each other, in which the cells are formed by the base of the segment in the form of a sheet of cellular cardboard and the sides that limit the cells and are made of strips of cellular cardboard attached to the base to form a facing pattern, while the size of the honeycomb cardboard forming the sides of the cell is smaller than the size of the honeycomb of cardboard from which the base of the segment is made, the facing element is placed in each of the cells face down so that it rests against the base of the segment, and the sides are located between adjacent facing elements, and additionally before pouring concrete into the filling matrix is installed with metal reinforcement.
EFFECT: ensuring reliable fastening of the elements of the facing decoration to the wall panel, in preventing contamination of the elements of the facing decoration during the manufacturing process of the wall panel, and in ensuring environmentally friendly disposal of the device used.
