FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a device for connecting a rod string of a submersible pump with a ground drive with monitoring the condition of the pump. The device for connecting a rod string with a ground drive includes connecting a polished rod to a crossbar through a damper equipped with data sensors functionally connected to the drive control unit. The damper is made in form of a pneumatic cylinder connected to a yoke or a polished rod, with a piston whose rod is connected to a polished rod or yoke, respectively. Data sensors are installed on the upper and lower inner ends of the pneumatic cylinder. Above and below the piston, the pneumatic cylinder is equipped with nipples with valves for injecting gas and maintaining the appropriate pressure inside, which ensures adjustment of the elasticity of the damper and movement of the piston during operation of the drive without interaction with the ends of the pneumatic cylinder. The pneumatic cylinder is equipped at the top and bottom with washers that break when the permissible pressure is exceeded to relieve pressure inside the pneumatic cylinder. The rod outside and inside the pneumatic cylinder is equipped with two corresponding marks to determine the length of the piston stroke during operation of the ground drive.
EFFECT: improves the reliability of the connection device between the rod string and the ground drive and monitors the performance of the damper and sucker rod pump.
