SUBSTANCE: invention relates to and concerns the treatment of patients with chronic pancreatitis in combination with pancreatic hypertension. Surgical intervention is performed using a laparotomic approach, during which pancreatotomy is performed in the area of the body of the pancreas, revision of the proximal and distal parts of the Wirsung duct. Pancreatic stones are removed, the proximal part of the duct is bougiened, penetrating into the lumen of the duodenum. Papillosphincteroplasty is performed. Using guide threads, a transpancreatic stent with a diameter of 5 mm and a length of 20 cm is inserted into the lumen of the duct, the distal part of which is located in the Wirsung duct, and the proximal part is immersed in the lumen of the duodenum. The pancreatotomy opening is sutured, external drainage of the biliary tract is performed, the anterior wall of the duodenum and the anterior abdominal wall are sutured. The stent is removed after 12 months during fibrogastroduodenoscopy.

EFFECT: method eliminates pancreatic hypertension, relieves or reduces pain, and improves the quality of life of a patient with chronic pancreatitis.
