SUBSTANCE: if no wake-up signal snooping event exists in the first time window or the first time window does not include a wake-up signal snooping event in at least one search space set configured for the terminal device, the physical downlink control channel is snooped for the On Duration time period of the DRX intermittent reception state, where the first time window is a time window for tracking the wake-up signal. The wake-up signal instructs the terminal device to monitor the downlink physical control channel during the On Duration time period, and the first time window precedes the On Duration time period.
EFFECT: controlled delay of sending or receiving data by a terminal device.
