FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rotating electromagnetic drive with an axial magnetic flux contains at least one magnetic structure consisting of a set of separate magnets (4). Magnetic structure (6) forms a sequential block serving as a magnetic pole and located within at least one support (2) belonging to partially hollow disc-shaped rotor (1). At least one magnetic structure (6) has a thickness forming its smallest size, while each separate magnet is made in the form of elongated block (4) having length (4a) passing through the thickness of mentioned at least one magnetic structure (6). Elongated block (4) is cylindrical or is in the form of a polyhedron with at least one flat longitudinal side (4b) facing a working surface of mentioned at least one magnetic structure (6). Elongated block (4) has a magnetization line, which passes along its length. Separate magnets (4) are located in mentioned at least one magnetic structure (6) at a distance from each other so that to be electrically isolated from each other. At least one magnetic structure (6) contains a non-conductive composite layer covering separate magnets (4). The composite layer limits the entire outer contour of mentioned at least one magnetic structure (6). Length (4a) of each block (4) exceeds a diameter of the flat longitudinal side in case of a cylindrical block or largest diagonal (4c) connecting two vertices of mentioned longitudinal side (4b) in case of block (4) in the form of a polyhedron. At least one support (2) is closed from at least one side by superimposed disc (8) acting as an axial retention means for strengthening rotor (1).
EFFECT: increase in the strength of a magnetic structure of an electromagnetic drive and, in particular, rigidity, reduction in losses.
