FIELD: nanocomposites.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a nanocomposite sorbent for arid soils. The method for producing a nanocomposite hydrogel for arid soils is based on the occurrence of initiated radical polymerization of acrylic monomers in an aqueous medium with stirring. A mixture of monomers is subjected to polymerization: acrylamide, dimethylacrylamide and acrylic acid. Acrylic acid is previously neutralized with an aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide. As a polymerization initiator, a redox system is introduced into the mixture: ammonium persulfate and tetraethylenediamine. Polymerization is carried out in the presence of glauconite, diallyl starch is additionally added to the mixture of monomers. The process is carried out with stirring at a speed of 300-400 rpm and at a temperature of 25-35°C.

EFFECT: obtaining a nanocomposite hydrogel with increased sorption characteristics of aqueous solutions at an ambient temperature of up to 50°C.
