SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the complex treatment of menstrual disorders such as oligomenorrhea and amenorrhea in women of reproductive age with metabolic syndrome. Myo-inositol is administered orally at a dose of 2,000 mg 2 times a day, D-chiro-inositol at a dose of 400 mg 2 times a day from the 1st day of the menstrual cycle, if any, or on any day for amenorrhea, and additionally apply coenzyme Q10 at a dose of 100 mg 2 times a day for at least 6 months. This method provides a positive result with minimal or completely absent side effects, which allows to perform highly effective therapy in the periconception period and during pregnancy, restoring ovarian function and eliminating insulin resistance.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment of menstrual disorders such as oligomenorrhea and amenorrhea in women of reproductive age with metabolic syndrome.
