Method comprises steps of obtaining user action data collected from a plurality of measurement points on the user, wherein data correspond to unknown user action; obtaining a plurality of sets of reference data on action, wherein each set of reference action data corresponds to at least one reference action; performing a two-level screening operation on a plurality of reference action data sets based on the user action data, wherein the two-level screening operation comprises a combination of a difference-based screening operation and a probability-based screening operation; determining the reference action corresponding to the target reference action data as the target action; making a decision that the user action contains a target action, based on the result of the two-level screening operation; and sending the user information associated with the target action.
