FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave engineering, in particular to decoupling devices. Waveguide ferrite valve has a coupling of rectangular waveguides in the H-plane, one of which is a load one, a magnetized ferrite element, an absorbing load installed in the load waveguide. Rectangular waveguides are integrated into the dielectric substrate, forming a Y-shaped junction, and the input and output waveguides are located at an angle α to each other; ferrite element is made in form of ellipsoid, eccentricity e of which is related to angle α by the following ratio: e=sinα/2. Absorbing load and the ferrite element have a height equal to the thickness of the dielectric substrate, wherein the absorbing load is located opposite the ferrite element at a Brewster’s angle, and material of dielectric substrate with relative permittivity ε1 is selected from the condition ε1≤ε2, where ε2 — relative permittivity of ferrite element.

EFFECT: simpler design of the valve, reduced weight and size, wider operating frequency band, higher temperature stability, improved decoupling between microwave outputs of the valve, reduced direct losses and SWR.
