FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices for measuring the concentrations of vapours of volatile liquids over soils using sampling chambers equipped with a gas analyser. A device for measuring the emission of vapours of volatile substances from the soil contains a base installed on the soil, to which a camera is hermetically attached. The device is additionally equipped with a piezosensory gas analyser connected to blocks for transmitting the analytical signal of the gas analyser, processing the analytical signal, storing and displaying information, with controller-1 and controller-2. A soil heater and a soil temperature meter connected to controller-1 are fixed in the upper part of the chamber. In the walls of the chamber there are automatically closed and opened shutters connected to controller-1 and controller-2.

EFFECT: reduction in labour intensity and an increase in the accuracy of assessing the emission of vapours of volatile substances from the soil in a wide temperature range.
