FIELD: converter technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to control a charger with a pulse operating principle, which, during the charging of a battery, ensures voltage stabilization at the output of the primary energy source to which the charger is connected. At each period T of operation of the charger in the vicinity of time points t0, t1, t2 and t3, controlled electronic keys are switched. The moment of time t0 coincides with the beginning of the period T, and the moment of time t1 is formed according to the principle of pulse-width modulation as a function of the integral of the input voltage mismatch signal and the dynamic component of the input voltage Uin of the charger. Moments of time t2 and t3 depend on the moment of time t1, the inductance of the inductor L, the input Uin and output Uout voltages of the charger, the moment of time tk at which the inductor current takes a negative value, some negative current I0 of the inductor and the coefficient Kpx and are calculated using the formulas: t2 =t1+Δ t, where Δt is a fixed time interval selected based on the condition: 0≤Δ t<T and t3 =tK-LI0/Uout.

EFFECT: low amplitude and duration of transient processes and voltage astaticism at the output of the primary energy source and at the load connected in parallel to the primary energy source.
