SUBSTANCE: method for estimating motion using a computer, comprising the following steps: transmitting a lookup table consisting of one or more user inputs and one or more associated motion vectors, transmitting a command to access the lookup table to find appropriate motion vectors after receiving the player's input, transmitting a command to associate a unique marker with the corresponding motion vectors from the lookup table and adding the marked motion vectors to the queue, transmitting the frame, and sending a command to remove motion vectors from the queue, which are characterized by the presence of a marker associated with the marked frame received from the server; while the server transmits the encoded video frames to the client, the client receives a command to decode the video frames for motion estimation.
