SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for rendering integrated graphics. System for generating graphic data on computer provides conversion of pixel-by-pixel motion vectors to block-by-block motion vectors, graphic accelerator generates one or more vectors of pixel-by-pixel motion, converts said vectors of pixel-by-pixel motion into one or more block-by-block motion vectors and directly introduces said block-by-block motion vectors into a video codec engine, wherein the video codec engine converts the block-by-block motion vectors into the encoded video data and transmits the encoded video data to the remote client computing system, wherein the block-by-block motion compensation is skipped.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of providing both the rendered frame and the formatted motion vector data for introduction into the video codec engine.
