SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses systems and methods for issuing hints to an encoder, in which a server monitors information associated with changes in rendering frames, and calculates tolerance limits, moving average frame time and / or short-term trends within frame time using said calculations to identify frame time peak. Server then issues a prompt codec (encoder) for modulating the frame scanning quality settings in proportion to the frame time peak size. In some embodiments, the renderer records one or more game passes in the game environment, sorts a plurality of frames from one or more game passes into a plurality of cells on the click map and assembles a sorted frames list, further, the codec may encode one or more frames from the sorted frames list to calculate the average size of the encoded frame for each cell in the click map and correlate each average size of the encoded frame with the encoder quality standardized for each cell.

EFFECT: technical result consists in maintaining a constant rate of bit stream transmission.
