FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plant intended for production of prestressed structures of power part of isostatic pressing equipment. Plant comprises a control system and series-arranged interacting with each other through a tensioned power tape an unwinding device, a unit for generating working tension and a final device for forming turns of a power tape on a workpiece placed on a rotating base. Unwinding device installed at the beginning of the line is designed to hold and unwind the tape coil, creating its preliminary tension, which is transmitted to the unit for creation of working tension in the form of capstan. Capstan consists of drive and guide tape drums installed on support surface, which, by spinning the tape, provide the said working tension of the tape with the help of an adjustable asynchronous drive, which is maintained by the final device for forming the turns of the power tape in the form of a support distribution stand. Power tape holder moves along the length of the support distribution post, which regulates the height of its winding.
EFFECT: as a result, controllability and adjustment of the winding process is provided.
