FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creation of a polymer composite material containing biodegradation stimulants for manufacturing of dipped products for medical and household purposes using the coagulant deposition method with an adjustable service life. A polymer composite material containing biodegradation stimulants for the production of dipped products contains carboxylate butadiene-nitrile copolymer latex, a vulcanizing system, a biodegradation stimulator, while it contains in its composition carboxylate butadiene-nitrile copolymer latex “Ярлат БНК” grade A, containing a vulcanizing system: sulphur dispersion as a vulcanization agent, zinc oxide dispersion as a vulcanization activator, zinc diethyldithiocarbamate dispersion as a vulcanization accelerator, biodegradation stimulator dispersion, based on wood processing and food industry waste, such as wood flour, coffee cake or potato starch, at the following ratios of components, wt.%: industrially produced latex carboxylate butadiene-nitrile copolymer “Ярлат БНК” grade A - 77.0-91.0, sulphur dispersion - 1.2-1.4, zinc oxide dispersion - 1.9-2.2, zinc diethyldithiocarbamate dispersion - 0.7- 0.9, dispersion of biodegradation stimulator waste from wood processing and food industries - 19.2-4.5.

EFFECT: development of a polymer composite material containing biodegradation stimulants for production of dipped products with a proven ability to biodestruct, environmentally friendly, that is, not having a negative impact on the environment during the destruction process, but, at the same time, having good deformation strength properties.
