FIELD: latex gloves production.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to latex for the manufacture of products by dipping, in particular for the production of latex gloves for industrial and medical purposes, as well as a composition for dipping based on nitrile butadiene latex, a dipped product and a glove prepared on the basis of a latex composition according to the invention. The latex contains structural units formed from at least one monomer, which is a conjugated diene, at least one monomer, which is acrylic acid nitrile, and at least one monomer, which is an unsaturated carboxylic acid. The specified latex is characterized by the value of the ionic index (I) in the range from 0.5 to 5.5 wt.%⋅mol/g, determined in accordance with the formula:
(I), where c(Na+), c(K+) and c(P5+) are the concentration of sodium, potassium and phosphorus ions in the latex, indicated in wt.% based on the weight of the dry latex film, and the concentration of phosphorus ions c(P5+) is not more than 0.20 wt.% based on the weight of the dry film.
EFFECT: resulting latex has good colloid-chemical properties, namely, resistance to mechanical stress and optimal dynamic viscosity, as well as films obtained from latex do not have defects (sagging, perforation), have high physical and mechanical properties, are thin, strong and transparent.
