SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to latex used for the manufacture of products by immersion dipping, in particular for the production of latex gloves for industrial and medical purposes, as well as to a composition for immersion dipping based on butadiene-nitrile latex, a dipped product and a glove prepared on the basis of a latex composition. The mentioned latex includes structural units formed from at least one monomer, which is a conjugated diene, at least one ethylene unsaturated monomer containing a nitrile group, and at least one monomer, which is an unsaturated carboxylic acid. The value of the latex solubility index (A), calculated by the formula A =100*p*S/(Mn+Mw), ranges from 0.5 to 2,2, wt. %, *nm*mol*g-1, where p is the solubility of the polymer in methyl ethyl ketone (wt. %), S is the size of latex particles (nm), Mn is the average molecular weight of the tetrahydrofuran–soluble part of butadiene-nitrile latex (g/mol), Mw is the average molecular weight of the tetrahydrofuran-soluble part of butadiene-nitrile latex (g/mol). The polydispersity value of the latex polymer Mw/Mn ranges from 2.0 to 5.0.

EFFECT: resulting latex has the elasticity of raw gel of at least 1000%, sufficient to ensure the necessary physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanized film, while latex has high resistance to mechanical influences, limited resistance to the action of electrolytes, as well as the necessary dynamic viscosity.
