FIELD: feed production.
SUBSTANCE: feed mixer includes a housing, at opposite ends of which a loading hopper and an unloading window are installed. A shaft is installed in the inner cavity of the housing, the geometric axis of rotation of which coincides with the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the housing. A mixer is installed at one end of the shaft, and a screw with a screw winding is installed at the other. The mixer and the screw are made separately and connected to each other via a detachable connection. The body is divided into receiving and working chambers. The screw is located in the receiving chamber, which is installed under the loading hopper. Moreover, the mixer is made in the form of a screw with perforated winding and is located in the working chamber, which is installed above the unloading window. The working chamber and the receiving chamber at the junction of the screw with the mixer at the ends have flanges to ensure the bolted connection of these body chambers.
EFFECT: device reduces the energy intensity of the mixing process, improves the quality of mixing and expands functionality.
