SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices for the preparation of animal feed on livestock farms, complexes and poultry farms. The mixer includes a housing, at opposite ends of which a loading hopper and an unloading window are installed. A shaft is installed in the inner cavity of the housing, the geometric axis of rotation of which coincides with the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the housing. A stirrer is installed at one end of the shaft, equipped with steel rods arranged parallel to each other and passing through the upper faces of the stirrer elements in a horizontal plane symmetrically from 2 sides. At the other end of the shaft there is a screw-wound auger. The agitator and auger located on the shaft are made separately and are connected to each other by means of a screw connection. The body is divided into receiving and working chambers. The auger is located in the receiving chamber, which is installed under the loading hopper, and the mixer is located in the working chamber. The screw winding of the screw has an additional winding of a smaller diameter than the diameter of the main screw winding of the screw. The working chamber and the receiving chamber at the junction of the auger with the agitator at the ends have flanges to ensure the bolted connection of these body chambers. The elements of the stirrer, fixed on the shaft and bent along a helical line, are equipped with steel rods with a diameter of 5 mm. The rods are parallel to each other and pass through the upper faces of the mixer elements in a horizontal plane symmetrically from 2 sides.

EFFECT: invention will reduce the energy intensity of the mixing process and improve the quality of mixing feed.
